All this started with just walking through a piece of land with overgrown grass and an unkempt mango orchard... but what we took away was the lake and the green.. With the current culture of turning everything into a high-rise and therefore a money bank, we wanted to move away from it and slow down, reflect, create and collaborate to form a better community to encourage sustainability in whatever small form we could.

To us, this did not seem cumbersome, even though we were made fully aware by many non-believers that they would not have touched this land with a twelve foot pole. we did.. and now we want to share this piece of heaven with you. Because all of us deserve some downtime, calm vibes, exposure to nature at its besotting best, whilst relishing a beautiful cup of specialty coffee or letting the travel inspired food by our Chef Ismail tantalize our taste buds.
We are proud to have ensured that we have been minimalistic and sustainable to the best of our efforts leaving a minimum carbon footprint. Everything here is handmade by local artisans, be it the sweet smelling pinewood benches and tables, the rattan chairs weaved with love using recycled plastic wire, the bamboo arch, the pinewood bar, the roofs or the rustic deck built for soaking in the gorgeous sunsets.
